My name is Trevor Jenkins. I am the proprietor of Premier Photographic and the ONLY photographer in the the United Kingdom who has a university Masters Degree combined with over 30 years experience in wedding photography. I would like to thank you for your interest and hope you will find the information on the web site both interesting and useful. I cover all areas of the North East, so whether you’re getting married as far north as Berwick upon Tweed, as far south as York or as far west as Carlisle, I can photograph your wedding for you (A long distance travel may incur a small extra charge).I am a professional photographer - not a part time time amateur and by contacting me you have chosen one of the longest established photographic studios in the North East. I have been photographing weddings for over 30years so I still believe in the old standard of “personal and friendly service”. I make every endeavour to keeping my scale of prices as low as possible, whilst still supplying the highest quality giving you the best value for money whenever I can. You simply cannot get the quality of service I offer, at a comparable price, anywhere else. There is a choice of 4 different plans which include both the traditional style of photography, to the more relaxed, and now in vogue, photojournalist or “reportage” technique.
I would like to clarify some important points within this introduction which sets me apart from many other photographers. Firstly you will notice that a full price list is here on the site, usually this is not included on other sites. I hide nothing as far as what I offer within out plans - including the cost, so there won’t be any unpleasant surprises. With some other photographers for example, you fill in a booking form and hand it over, with no copy for you, so you have no proof of what you are going to get, now that can be a problem. When you book me everything you require is itemised, including the cost, and you retain a full copy. I also guarantee that the price of your chosen plan will be honoured from the time of booking and will not increase even if booked 2 years ahead.
Quality of presentation is also paramount to me. For instance I do not supply the usual cheap moulded plastic albums, (usually if an album is described as “traditional” then it’s mass produced moulded plastic). Every album I supply is hand made, and available a wide choice of materials and colour. They are supplied with various shaped overlays to display your precious photographs at their very best. To give my Brides the most varied choice possible, and allow each plan to be tailored to your own preference, I have the most extensive selection of quality albums in the North East to chose from with over 200 differing styles and colours.
Black & White or Sepia toned prints are available as digital reproductions so that you can actually have the same picture in black & white, colour, sepia or “athena” style if you wish. This is in addition to, and not a replacement for, the photographs due to be taken in the scheduled plan.
