I believe that everyone should be able to afford a fantastic picture to remember their wedding day or special occasion, and they shouldn't have to break the bank to get it. The price of taking pictures is coming down, so why should you pay out hundreds, even thousands, of pounds for the privilege?My vision is for everyone to have at least 1 picture of their day that they are proud to show off, taken by a professional photographer, that's affordable. Whether your budget is £200 or £2000, I offer a service to suit, all fairly priced, professionally taken and delivered to you.
With a flexible approach, I will capture the moments and the people that make your occasion special. If you want relaxed, documentary style or more formal groups and poses, a couple of hours or the whole day, then I will fit in around you. With my approach, all the choices are yours.

<strong>Pricing:</strong>
I operate an all-inclusive policy from £250 for a wedding as set out below. My standard wedding packages are the basic service that I offer and include ALL images taken on CD and a preview print of each picture in a simple preview album. Full copyright of all photographs taken on the wedding day are assigned to you as my client, so you keep all negatives and prints. This keep the cost down and is where I differ from the majority of wedding photographers who keep the copyright and charge for extra prints. I do though reserve the right to use the images for commercial purposes and for selling my service.
Wedding Day Lite £250
Around 2 hours photography to include only the ceremony and formal groups after.
Wedding Day Plus £400
Around 4 hours photography to include the elements of Lite plus sessions with the bride and groom before the ceremony, more images after the ceremony or up to the start of the reception; the choice is yours.
Wedding Day Extra £600
Around 6 hours photography which may include all elements of the Plus package plus the start of the reception, speeches, cake cutting etc.
Also included in the package are:
* A meeting prior to the wedding at your venue/home, to discuss locations and style of photography.
* Full and comprehensive coverage of your wedding event depending on the package chosen, from the arrival of the bride, the ceremony, reception, cutting of the cake through to the first dance.
* All the traditional group photos that you require as well as other candid photographs taken throughout the day.
* Prints of the majority of photographs taken on your wedding day in a simple preview album for easy viewing.
* A Photo CD-Rom of all images so the photos can easily be emailed to your friends and family or printed out by you on your PC.
My aim is to have all photographs with you within 2 weeks.
Social Occasions/Engagements/Portraits
Basic £50 per hour photography time plus printing and any extras.
Travel outside of the York area will be charged at 40p per mile. Any overnight accomodation cost will be charged at the appropriate rate. Of course, you will have your own individual requirements for your occasion and I can supply a quote for those separately to the main package. Extras include more and bigger prints, black and white and sepia toned images, complete albums, framed prints, canvas boards etc. We will agree a total cost before any deposits are made.
10% of the total cost will be required as a deposit with a booking confirmation in advance.
