With over 25 years experience, Mark has photographed many celebrity weddings and has won many national and international awards.Marks relaxed easy going approach to wedding photography enables him to create a wide range of images, capturing the fun, atmosphere and romance of the big day.
The ability to switch from controlling a crowd of people to creating a romantic moment between two nervous people is a talent that can only come with years of experience and a good sense of humour!
Mark's style of photography varies from the more traditional posed portraits to the informal candids that are taken without people being aware.
Every couple has their own ideas and Mark is always keen for input from the bride & groom, giving a truly bespoke, personalised service.

The Original Wedding Book
A Unique concept with the most elaborate & innovative computer design featuring multiple size images in an Italian handcrafted book. This book is an alternative to traditional albums and designed for a large number of images, created as a timeless storybook of all your special memories from your wedding day. The story starts at home with preparations and getting ready continuing throughout the day and including your first dance as a married couple!
You also have the option to have smaller, identical copies of your album for parents and pocket books for bridesmaids, groomsmen and grandparents.
Please note - there are cheaper copies of these albums around but this is the real thing! Each page is designed by Mark Swinford using special software, supplied in conjunction with Graphi studios, images manipulated and enhanced. Once approved by the bride & groom, printing and binding then follows at the Graphi studios in Italy, quality controlled and completed.
A complete coverage of your wedding day including a 40 page wedding book, metal cover, free case, up to 125 individually enhanced images, & your images uploaded onto our secure password protected website for family & guests to view, plus a private viewing in the comfort of our projection lounge and advice on album design, all this for only £1,995.00.
The Reportage Collection
The Reportage Collection is a truly bespoke designer album, the cover is hand made in Australia, available in wood, metal, and various leathers. Each album is individual to the couple and includes 24 panels of images, chosen from approx 200 images captured on the day. The package includes up to 75 photographs, extras may be added if required. Each page within this album is designed to reflect a small story within the whole album, giving a unique record of your wedding day.
The day usually starts at the bride's home, capturing the fun, the make-up and all the atmosphere, including detail shots of shoes, flowers etc, plus some more formal posed family groups and individuals. Onto the church, hotel or synagogue where we will capture portraits of the groom and groomsmen, informal's of guests arriving etc. - Next onto the bride arriving, during the ceremony, (subject to permission) fun shots outside of guests, some structured portraits of the newly weds, some posed family groups etc. More informal's subject to time availability and posed cake cutting. Guests drinking and chatting before and during the line up. Some table photographs with family & friends before the meal begins, followed by photographs if required of speeches & 1st dance. This service is a truly comprehensive record of your wedding day.
The package includes 24 designer panels, images can be in colour, sepia, spot colour and black & white. Additional panels can be added if required for a small extra charge. The images created on the day will be uploaded onto a password protected area in our client viewing area of our website offering easy viewing and ordering via a secure server. The images are usually on line within a few days of the wedding. When the couple return from the honeymoon, a viewing presentation of the images is provided for the couple and parents with Mark, to help advise on album design etc.
To book your wedding with Mark Swinford, a £200 deposit is required to secure the date and the remaining balance of £1,500.00 is payable on or 7 days before the date of the wedding.

The Storybook Collection
The storybook collection includes a hand crafted Italian leather wedding album containing 24 panels of images, chosen from approx 200 images created on your wedding day. Images in the album can be colour, sepia or black & white. Each panel can contain either 4 small prints, 2 medium prints or 1 large print. Included as the back page of the album is a black & white montage, created from informal photographs taken of the guests. There is no restriction on quantity, only on panels. (Additional panels can be added if required for a small charge.)
Albums are available in black, blue, claret & green.
This package includes coverage from the brides home before the ceremony through until the line up before the wedding breakfast.
To book, a £200 deposit is required to secure the date and the remaining balance of £1,195.00 payable 7 days before the date of your wedding.

The Classic Collection
The classic collection includes a medium sized hand crafted Italian wedding album containing 24 8x6 prints, chosen from approx 150 images created on your wedding day. (Additional pages can be added if required for a small charge.)
Albums are available in black, blue, claret & green.
Your wedding is the only wedding we photograph on the day, we never book another wedding on the same day, and all the photography is undertaken personally by Mark Swinford. A blend of traditional and creative images are created of your big day. The images are edited and then uploaded onto our password protected, client area on our website for family and friends to view and order directly if required. When you return from your honeymoon, an appointment is made for the couple and their parents to attend a meeting to design the album with Mark and discuss options available.
This package includes coverage starting before the ceremony through until the line up before the wedding breakfast.
To book, a £200 deposit is required to secure the date and the remaining balance of £795.00 payable 7 days before the date of your wedding.
