Our philosophy is simple, you are in charge – it’s all about you! Many photographers like to take complete control of events to ensure they ‘get the shot’. We believe this deprives you of authentic memories of your day, providing pictures which don’t capture the true range of emotions.Our approach is to work as unobtrusively as possible, allowing us to capture those unique moments as they unfold. We also like to spend some time with just you, so we can work together to create a stunning image you’ll want to hang on your wall forever. Even this we like to keep as relaxed as possible; there is no pressure to pose. You can simply spend some time with each other, away from your wedding party and we will capture the results!
While we primarily provide reportage style pictures, capturing the feel and atmosphere of your day with natural shots of you and your guests, we can also provide some more traditional posed photographs of the bride & groom, and family & friend groups. If you would prefer just the traditional pictures, this can be arranged.
Through combining these styles we will create a contemporary album that you can look back on over your lifetime together.
Two photographers will be there on the big day, to capture as much or as little as you request.
To have Lawson Photography cover your wedding will cost £1,195.
This price includes coverage of the entire day by two photographers (from morning preparations until around 10pm), 200+ prints, a slideshow DVD for you to enjoy with friends and family, and a DVD of all the full sized images.
Albums
We offer two different style of albums, both of which we design ourselves - offering you as much input into the finished books as you like. A DVD of all your full resolution images is included with each album ordered.
Our coffee table books (with flexible pages) are available in three sizes: 35cm x 25cm (landscape or portrait) and 30cm x 30cm square.
These are priced at £400 for a 44 page book.
We also offer Digital Albums which are printed onto rigid pages which lie flat when opened, and are available in a range of paper types (glossy, matt, metallic (metallic paper is 20% extra) and covers (acrylic, metal, photographic, leather). For a 40 page book the prices are:
A4 - £500
35cm x 25cm - £600
A3 - £750
Smaller Parent books are also available for both styles of album. These are £200 for one Parent book, or £300 for two.
Frames
The framing options we have available are impressive - from modern acrylic frames, canvas wraps, minimalist box frames, to prints on oak or aluminium in a large selection of sizes up to 60"x30". Framed prints are offered at a price of between £60 and £500.
Portrait Shoots
Portrait sessions are £50. A session will last approximately one hour, from which we will supply you with one 8"x6" print. A web gallery of your pictures will also be created where you can view all of your pictures. You can of course choose from our extensive range of framing options.
